INHP – Arnold Place

Indy CDE financed Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership’s for-sale affordable housing development with $8 million in NMTC. The City of Indianapolis also contributed $1.8 million of American Rescue Plan Act dollars to this project.

With this investment, INHP will be able to construct at least 21 new townhomes of which 51% will be sold to homebuyers making more no more than 80% of the area median income.
